Simple & Tasty Roasted Vegetables 🍀 (Vegan & Vegetarian friendly)
Vegetables of choice (in this example: zucchini & bell peppers)
MOFO CHILI Gunpowder or Fire Flakes (in this example: Gunpowder)
Garlic powder (optional)
1. Pre-heat oven at 200 degrees celsius.
2. Cut the vegetables into desired size and drizzle with olive oil, MOFO CHILI, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
(Feel free to mix everything with your hands, it coats better than when u just use a utensil)
3. Bake the vegetable in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Remember to check from time to time.
4. Remove from the oven and serve.
Remember to note the type of vegetables and cook them according to their type. This is to avoid some of the vegetables from overcooking while the others are undercooked.
i) Root vegetables (potatoes, carrots, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, yam ): 30 to 45 minutes
ii) Crucifers (broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts): 15 to 25 minutes
iii) Softer vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, asparagus, beans, tomatoes): 15 to 20 minutes
