Spicy Ham & Mushroom French Toast

3 cloves of garlic (minced)
5 pcs shiitake mushroom (sliced thinly)
3 slices honey baked ham (cubed into small pcs)
4 slices of white bread
2 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon butter
1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
85 grams grated cheddar cheese

French Toast Marination

2 eggs
1 teaspoon chicken powder
1 tablespoon Final Destination
1 pinch of petter
1 teaspoon butter
1 pinch of Italian Seasoning

Instructions: For French Toast:

  1. Mix ingredients under French Toast Marination.
  2. Dip and cover white bread slices with the french toast marination and set aside. Make sure they’re not soaked in the marination.
  3. Heat frying pan into medium fire, put a teaspoon of butter and let it sizzle.
  4. Once the butter has melted, add the marinated french toast and fry until golden brown. Remember to keep turning.
  5. Repeat steps until all 4 slices are fried.

For toppings:

  1. Preheat the oven at 120 degrees celcius.*
  2. Using the same frying pan, sizzle a teaspoon of butter.
  3. Stir fry mushroom, garlic and salt until mushroom softens and set aside.
  4. Top the french toast with the honey baked ham, mushroom and grated cheese.
  5. Pop them into the oven and baked until the cheese melts and has turned golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with a tablespoon of Final Destination to dip with.

* You may use a toaster if you don’t have an oven.
