Mofo Kang Kong (Morning Glory)
1 kg kang kong or morning glory (sliced)
3 cloves of garlic (sliced)
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons of Dodge The Bullet
- Heat up frying pan and insert oil followed by garlic and let it sizzle until golden brown.
- Add in Dodge The Bullet and mix well.
- Finally insert the morning glory and salt. Stir fry for about 3 minutes and add in a little bit of water to soften the vegetable. (Optional: you may include a pinch of black pepper)
- Serve hot.
